We rent from Charlie Car Rental 4 times a year & have been for more than 10 years. There is no one better. Staff is fantastic.
The main problema is that you make in its web site the calculation of cost of everything but it is not everything included. Then, it is difficult to compare with other companies and when you have to pay there the car, your expecations are really bad, you feel that somebody hide part of the truth,

Customer services was great the only problem with car rental was that the seatbelt on the passengers side would "lock" in place and continue to get tight if you tried to loosen it a bit to the point that many times the buckle had to be release and re-clicked to loose belt. Otherwise everything was great.
