Bad customer service at desk
Everything was easy and fast
4th time renting from charlie car rental every time I’ve had and issue with the car they give me this last rental on 11/9 to 11/14 the rental car they gave me was awfull check engine light was on and very bad car

the first car that was given to us was old and had some issues. but Charlie rental car send a new car in the evening of the first day and rest of the days it worked fine. thank you. we always rent from Charlie.

I always use Charlie Car Rental for the great rates and the employees are dedicated to gave the costumer the best expirience posible. The convinience of having mulriple location around the Island make it better just in case something happen to the vehices.
