My SUV wasn't available when landed in PR. Had to wait 3 days for the next available SUV. Was given a car which was an inconvenience due traveling with and elder with a wheel chair.
The only negative was the wait time at the counter to rent the car was excessive.
I HAVE ALWAYS RECEIVED VERY GOOD SERVICE FROM CHARLIE RENTAL, PARTICULARLY FROM VENUS IN THE CONDADO WHERE I HAVE BEEN RENTING FOR ALMOST 20 YEARS, WHICH IS WHY I CONTINUE TO RENT AT CHARLIE'S.
Super easy to pick up and drop off. We had no problems.
