Light came on dashboard. Returned to Charlie's and was analyzed promptly & appropriately. I was offered another vehicle but it was not necessary. Kept the car I had.
I cancel my rental...I was disappointed with staff and additional questionable charges appear.
Counter was really busy so I had to wait about 20 minutes for my car. Also, the car's gas tank wasn't full, but when I point this out, a staff member took care of promptly and was very courteous about the inconvenience.
