Charlie Car rental is one of the cheapest car rental places in Puerto Rico. Keep it that way.

I had a great experience renting with Charlie Rentals. I thought the price was reasonable. I was picked up promptly from the airport and dropped off as well. I will definite;y rent from Charlie again.
The car smelled very bad. It had a wired scary noise. Lack power and had to travel most of the time in the right lane. At time of return the staff person spent all the time on the phone on a personal matter and bearly pay attention to me.
I have rented from Charlie every year from the same location. I have always been happy with the service and the vehicle.
When I had a flat Tire, I found the jack handle & lug wrench missing, this made things difficult. The passenger seat was un adjustable for hight,- and placed awkwardly low, making exit from car difficult. // would have preferred a 2 door car.--
