The van was dirty inside and out I know that the use of water to was car was restricted but the inside was not vacuumed, the van had almost bold. The staff was very knowledgeable but the process of picking up the vehicle was long also the wait at the airport was longer than I expected even when I called it took over 25 minutes to be picked up.
I enjoyed my rental experience with Charlie. I have and will always rent from Charlie cause of there hospitality and knowledge;

CAR WAS AS PROMISE, INSIDE CLEAN BUT SAN JUAN WAS ON WATER RATION SO THE OUT SIDE WAS NOT AS CLEAN AS IT COULD HAVE BEEN, THIS WAS STATED BY CHARLE.
Good experience, no issues with the car during our trip. The wait to pick up and drop off the car was long though, seemed like they needed more people to help at the counter. We liked the quick shuttle to the airport, if they didn't have that service we wouldn't have chosen this company. Overall we were happy we chose Charlie car.
Very efficient and helpful staff. Picking up and returning the vehicle went very quickly. Would definitely rent from Charlie Car Rental again and would recommend them to anyone visiting Puerto Rico.

Charlies Car Rental is the only rental company I use when I travel to Puerto Rico. I usually go to Puerto Rico at least once a year and have never had any issues with them. The price advertised is what I pay for the vehicle and if they dont have the vehicle requested, they usually give me a similar one for the same price even if its a size class up. Great rental place and friendly staff. I always recommend them to anyone traveling to Puerto Rico.
