A little slow at the rental location, but overall Charlie's was exceptional.
Super fast, super friendly, no hidden fees. Picked us up at the airport within 5 minutes and got us back in time even though we were running a little late :) Would definitely use Charlie Car again!
I loved renting from Charlie's. I rent their cars every year on my vacation. I have never had a problem with them
They need to be more specific with the customer were the pick up area is in the airport and avoid misunderstanding and the customer don't have to wait to much. Also avoid argument with customer. The car was infested of cockroaches beyond imagination. The total price was 248.94 and when I return the car the total of charge was 283.78, also there are many ridiculous fee that no one have the time to explain; energy recovery fee, facility recovery fee and licence recovery fee and all the taxes.
I would just like to add that I always rent a minivan and I would like to suggest that perhaps the company should invest in some upgraded models with power steering. The Kia I had I found the steering to be very stiff, I personally own a Kia Sorento and do not have those issues. Especially as persons renting the vehicles are coming from different countries - different laws of driving in terms of driving on the right or on the left

This is the third time we have rented from Charlie Car Rental. Each time has been a great experience. Lower rates; nice service and the extra convenience of being picked up at the airport and then dropping off the car at their other location where they will then shuttle you to the cruise ship terminal free of charge.
The van was dirty inside and out I know that the use of water to was car was restricted but the inside was not vacuumed, the van had almost bold. The staff was very knowledgeable but the process of picking up the vehicle was long also the wait at the airport was longer than I expected even when I called it took over 25 minutes to be picked up.
I enjoyed my rental experience with Charlie. I have and will always rent from Charlie cause of there hospitality and knowledge;
