My suggestion is that Charlies have a pro-rata system for extra time/day. My flight home was at 5pm, and I rented at 12:50 pm, and asked if I could return at 3pm, instead of 1pm. They said they have a 1 hour grace period, and gave me until 2pm to return, or else it would be an extra $30 for another day. I thought they could have been flexible, or offered to prorate and I considered renting from another company b/c of this. But we rented and returned in the window and sat at airport longer.
Awesome!!! This is my second time I rent when I come home, and will always be.

Good service, customer service and quick pick and drop up.
The only problem with the vehicle was that it a lot had sand, and it had a very strong odor.
The only comments I have for a better service in the future is that it wasn't very clean. Vacuumed but not wiped down and seats not so clean looking. I also felt that for the money it should have had more features in the vehicle. It didn't even have electric locks or windows!

Vehicle could have been cleaner at the time of pick-up. I understand there are government mandated water shortages, but that should not affect the way the car is cleaned inside. Overall, it was a good experience and deal.
Isla Verde rental location address is incorrect on website. GPS does not take you there either.
Great service especially from the shuttle driver. Hew as helpful, courteous and friendly.
