The only problem with the vehicle was that it a lot had sand, and it had a very strong odor.
The only comments I have for a better service in the future is that it wasn't very clean. Vacuumed but not wiped down and seats not so clean looking. I also felt that for the money it should have had more features in the vehicle. It didn't even have electric locks or windows!

Vehicle could have been cleaner at the time of pick-up. I understand there are government mandated water shortages, but that should not affect the way the car is cleaned inside. Overall, it was a good experience and deal.
Isla Verde rental location address is incorrect on website. GPS does not take you there either.

They were great. But should have regular shuttle waiting at airport. The van we got had lots of scratched and dents, could of gave us something better or fixed this vehicle before renting it out. We dropped our rental off at 2am the night staff was great and very helpful to get us to the airport at that time. Would rent from them every time I visit Puerto Rico! Just hope for a rental with less damage next time.
