Excellent service
We traveled to PR for our honeymoon and arrived at 1 am. Having never been to PR the staff was very kind and picked up several groups to be shuttled, upon arrival the guests in front had not read online instructions and took a lot of time. We had our paperwork and we’re out in under 15 minutes. Very simple to have a great experience if you just read the instructions and pay attention. You need to get forms from your insurance company.

Amazing rate. Car had maintenance light on.
There were MANY dings and dents on the vehicle. I didn't mind *too* much b/c I was only renting for one day & I was traveling to a rain forest, but I was embarassed to drive this car around San Juan for food and to pick up a friend. The inside of the car was clean, but had water stains on both seats as if they had been submerged in water. It made a horrible sound each I started the car. When I went to return the car at Condado @8am there was a sign saying they were "on break" until 12:30pm???
