I fly to PR once a month and always rent here. They should have reward points to loyal customers like me. Staff is never happy or smile. Always with a long face…every trip I have made. It’s like they hate their job or they are ready to fight with people.
We have been coming to Puerto Rico since 2006 and using Charlie car rental every year. Why???? They are courteous, prompt, Provide secure and clean vehicles. We did find a few companies offering cheaper prices this year but we decided to stay with a company that has never disappointed us. Our philosophy is – if it’s not broke don’t fix it!

The car was pretty beat up and the interiors were dirty and stained but the rate was good so I guess I that’s what you get for the money with Charlie. On the website it said the tall charge would be $25 plus the cost of tolls but when I checked in the agent scratched that off on the contract and changed it to $30 which did not appreciate.
