Excellent customer service
We’ve never had an easier car rental experience! The staff was efficient and helpful, made it very easy for us to add an extra day on, and had us in and out quickly on both the pick-up and return. We highly recommend Charlie Car Rentals for an easy, reliable, and affordable rental experience!
Was picked up from the airport fast, check in was fast, crew was very courteous, very helpful I will always rent my car here at Charlie's all the time, highly recommend. The best service ever.
The overall rental experience is good. The staffs are very friendly and knowledgeable about how the whole rental experience works. They also request the info about collision insurance from your insurance.
Cat was very comfortable and enjoyable to drive.
The damages around the outside of the vehicle when I picked it up were very noticeable and visible.
Two things could have made rental experience better:
1. Car had a large dent on drivers side door. I don’t expect that from a rental.
2. I was happy to see a separate line for returns however, staff ignore my waiting on that line and kept calling others waiting to rent/pick-up vehicles. I would think that drop offs would be prioritized since often they have flights to catch.
I rented a car on my Vacations on Puerto Rico everything is fine i think the only thing is they have to check more on mechanical issues i have to go back and grab another car because the one they give me brakes are noise other than that prices are just.
I was given a beautiful car way cheaper than the airport rentals. It was a 2022 that exceeded far beyond my expectations. Will definitely use Charlie car rental for future needs. They even shuttle us back to the airport which saved us a lot of money on taxi or Uber ride.
