My experience with my car rental was a total nightmare.
Everything went smooth
Always satisfied with Charlie's Car Rental. This time the Nissan we got was way too low to the ground. Not a practical vehicle for the roads of Puerto Rico unless you only drove on highways.
We made sure that we took pictures of all the scratches, dents the car had. The car was great, however it was filthy. Once it rained in P.R, we couldn't see out the windows, we tried cleaning the inside, but the windows were dirty from the outside. We'll rent from here again, only because it's a local company in Puerto Rico and we want to support local businesses.

Vehicle was in great shape and fulfilled our needs perfectly. Great Service. Waiting time was a minimum. Shuttle service was quick and easy.
This the best rental car company in Puerto Rico for the value, been renting cars with them for the past 15+ years and they have not let me down yet!
