I have been renting from Charlie Rental for over 10 years and I'm absolutely satisfied with their excellent service. I feel treated as a VIP customer during the check-in and returning the vehicle. Their attention, politeness, knowledgeable, and kindness is above and beyond. Charlie Rental deserves 5 stars out 5. I will absolutely recommend Charlie Rental to my colleagues and family.
I would not recommend due to Charlie’s spouse policy. Charlie refused to add my spouse who could not be present at pick up despite being presented with a photo of her driver’s license. (Another company I regularly rent with automatically allows spouses to drive even without DL info.) This hamstrung our plans for use of the vehicle. Had I known Charlie’s policy, I would have used the other company despite it’s higher rate.

Ive rented a few times from Charlie in Isla Verde and never have an issue. They always supersede my expectations.
The car was still slightly dirty from the previous user. We're not super picky and didn't mind it, however, other users may have been annoyed. Thanks for always providing a great rental experience for us!
