The car was still slightly dirty from the previous user. We're not super picky and didn't mind it, however, other users may have been annoyed. Thanks for always providing a great rental experience for us!

I think a better job could be done about additional insurance. For example, I had a deductible of 1000, but they offered 300. Later I realized it was a better deal. One plus is they offer a one time 25 toll activation plus tolls. Other companies charge way more
