The car that I was given was dirty, and all the seats had water stains from previous beach goers. And the additional fees are not necessary.
Vehicle was dirty. Furthermore, the battery failed and I was unable to use the vehicle for several days. I was not able to communicate with RAC. Once I did the vehicle was replaced. The battery failure is something that can be prevented with proper maintenance battery checks. There, was a significant delays to return the vehicle and to receive the vehicle. Whatever savings I had, it was not worth it, I will nor rent again.
Due to hurricane Fiona. I extended my rental. My original rental was from 9/16 - 9/19. I expected and returned the rental on 9/24.
