The first vehicle offered smelled of smoke and another was supplied. Even though, I received it an hour later the return time was not updated. Turned out to be a non-issue, since I was early.
car was very clean; responsive when we had to add tolls ot our car rental
It was raining and no one was available to check the car for any damages
At first, I had a small mishap regarding the reservation due to an error by the employee, who put the wrong time, but it was solved thanks to my cousin who works there Julio otherwise everything was fine.

The vehicle was 3 quarter of the tank when I received and I have to return full. The office didn’t have air conditioning working when I picked up and I was in line waiting. Even I have cover for rental and my info was in the records, the lady charged me for insurance. When returning I was in line for 30 minutes even I was the only one returning.
