I have always had good experiences renting cars from Charlies
I rent from Charlie’s often and normally have no complaints but I called in advance to inform the rental company the flight was delayed. I expected the van service to be at the airport for transportation upon arrival. I was traveling with a child and senior citizen. We were exhausted and had to wait at the airport to be picked up and transported at 2am. We were the last passengers to be picked up from the airport. There should be attention provided to flight arrivals with regular customers.
The exterior and interior on the majority of the vehicles at Charlie’s Car Rental are damaged and worn.
I will never rent from this company again. Awful people, awful prices, my real quote was not honor . To many lies. Taking advantage of disability people.
