The check-in process always seems a little slow, especially with all the upselling. I entered my car insurance ahead of time through the website, but still had to show it at check-in. The toll pricing is absurd and leaves a bad impression.

Charlie car rental have been the only car rental that I get my cars. During the pandemic they were my Go To Car Rental all the time. They are reliable , great service, NEVER have a problem with a quote (CAR RENTALS GIVE YOU A QUOTE AND THEN THEY STIFF YOU WITH A DIFFERENT AMOUNT ONCE YOU ARE THERE) up until today that has never happened to me with CHARLIE. I'll give them 5 Stars.
