Good overall experience. Nothing negative
I have been renting from Charlie's for many years and will continue to do so.
Fast pickup at airport at a late hour, fast and courteous service at the counter snd great value compared ti all other nearby options.
Had to wait 45 minutes for shuttle from airport to rental agency. Waited almost an hour online to complete rental. Was told that my care was given away because I arrived late. Lateness due to delayed flight (a common occurrence lately) which care rental agency never took into account. Will never rent from here again! Sad thing is, I used to rent from Charlie's previously and had nothing but good things to say; but now...it's sad the quality of their work.
The agent need a little more customer service help. His knowledge of explanation was very poor !
I have been renting from Charlie car rental since the late 80s. Refered by Eliu Hernández. I love Charlie and recommend it to all my friends and family my son Michael also rented a car last week with Charlie due to my recommendation. One thing I would say. The shuttles should run more frequently. As I understand there were two only and the process of waiting and getting to airport can be nerve and anxious in many ways. Thank you
All insurance and fees should be included in the quote. I had full cover insurance through my auto insurance and ended paying almost $300 more!
Overall good experience. Should let your customers know which credit cards you don't take.
