Space for five passengers but not enough space for full sized luggage. There were cockroaches in vehicle. Would recommend fumigation of every vehicle inbetween rental
Car could have been better.
Every time I come to Puerto Rico I rent from Charli’s rental car. I never have any issues with staff or with the car. The only thing I had an issue with was the shuttle going back to the airport. The driver seem like he was in a rush and was speeding when I had children in the shuttle. The driver was rude and seemed like we were a bother to give us a ride to the airport. I never experience bad customer service at Charli rentals but that’s the only time it’s happened. Everyone else was grea

Would recommend advising people that choosing the easy pass option is only to “activate” the easy pass , not actual to cover the tolls as in many other locations/ states

The vehicle was so low to the ground we were unable to go to some spots and it really hurt our back. I feel the staff could have been friendlier, but she was after she upsold us :) Overall a good experience, but not great.
On pick up day it took 45 minutes because they only had one driver other than that everything else was excellent.
Staff was helpful, all the fees and rates clearly explained on the website and in-person.
It really great everything on time and they were very helpful 🥰🥰🥰
