I was never picked up from the airport when I arrived and I called a number of times and they never responded.

Our rental was missing the floor mats, the car looked dirty
Waiting time to pick up the vehicle was far more than expected. I realize there is a lot of paperwork to be completed, but maybe a lot of this time can be saved by submitting documents and data at the rime of the reservation.
