On pick up day it took 45 minutes because they only had one driver other than that everything else was excellent.
Staff was helpful, all the fees and rates clearly explained on the website and in-person.

Waiting time to pick up the vehicle was far more than expected. I realize there is a lot of paperwork to be completed, but maybe a lot of this time can be saved by submitting documents and data at the rime of the reservation.
