More expensive than it said online but that aside. Extremely happy.
El carro me lo entregaron sucio. No lo lavaron por fuera y ni lo limpiaron por dentro. Ni vacuuming ledieron. Y esta es la primera que me entregan un carro haci.eso fue desepcinante.
Very good business. They picked me up and droped me off at the airport. The process was simple once you have you papers in order. It was like 5 minutos. Very good will rent from them again and will recommend to friends anf family. Very good people and polite. Thanks And will be seeing you soon again.

The total experience with Charlie car rental is great. i have rented at Charlie for a few years. No complaints.Keep up the good job.
The car was economical which in this economy was a plus, but it was quite dirty scratched and the right front hub cap was not properly secured. That being said we have rented from Charlie in Isla Verde numerous times and the value and service has been terrific. We always look to Charlie to rent first.

El trato en la oficina fue excelente, lo unico que pienso se debe mejorar es entregar los autos en mejores condiciones, porque para lo que uno paga por el alquiler del carro uno espera que el auto este en optimas condiciones y en mi caso el carro le sonaban mucho los frenos, el carro tenia un cantazo en el lado derecho de la puerta trasera del lado del pasajero y las botellas estaban explotadas
