The girl at the front desk on 8/14/22 @ 3pm Was very rude. We swept the carpet and we washed the car on the outside and she was still looking for reasons to find dirt. The car had all sorts of dents & scratches at pick up & I had to call the employee to do a walk around to show him because he told us to just take the car. Another customer there was also highly upset with the female. You guys have a car wash at the back of your facility what’s the big deal? The car was not perfect by far.

I rented two cars for my trip. The rental agency staff was great. Helpful and kind. The only issue I had (and my group) was the shuttle picking us up from the airport. We waited for more than a half hour to be picked up. We were told a specific location for pick up, noticed the van stopped somewhere else, and when it came by the designated pick up area, it skipped right over us. We ended up have to spend $20 on a taxi to take us to the car pick up location.
Overall great service
Rental place dirty, garbage overflowing, bathroom disgusting. It should be totally remodeled. A better waiting area for clients waiting for shuttle.

Everything was good I always rent from Charlie for many years.
The only tiny issue the day of return I could not return the car I became extremely sick. I called to tell them they said we’ll accept the car although we aren’t supposed to because you will be responsible. I get it but no compassion as to how sick I was that I could not move to take the car back. Nor did they offer to pick it up. I risked it and had my friend drop it off.

El carro me lo entregaron sucio. No lo lavaron por fuera y ni lo limpiaron por dentro. Ni vacuuming ledieron. Y esta es la primera que me entregan un carro haci.eso fue desepcinante.
