Courteous Agent no complaints
Our flight was delayed & and we got into Puerto Rico later than expected. We then find out they have away the car we had reserved to someone else & then tried to get us to reserve another smaller car for twice the price. We decided not to rent a car from them and went with another company. I suggest everyone else do the same.
