I have been going to Charlie for over 15 years , They have taken care of me and my family every time. Never any issues, super friendly. Our go to spot !!

Service was great and all went smoothly
I love Charlie but was a little disappointed this time. They gave
me a vehicle that wasn't in good shape. Nevertheless
, they change it to a better model once I call them to let them know that the vehicle wasn't in top shape. No Fuzz about it I just went and got an exchange right away. Therefore I'm still pretty happy with their service. They even help me with printing out my future reservations so I could make sure that was What I wanted. At the end I Still love CHARLIE CAR RENTAL.

Charlie Car Rental is my car rental of choice when I come to the Island or If I stayed for long periods of time. They are courteous, knowledgeable and always work in giving you the best options for your rental. The transportation from and to the Airport could use a little improvement or better coordination but they are not bad at all. Once you get to Charlie the staff tried to expedite your rental to get you out asap. I don't look anywhere else anymore for me Charlie is five stars. E. Lopez NY
