My issue with the car was that it wasn’t properly cleaned, and it has an odor coming from the ac vents

I’ve been renting from Charlie for many many years. One time I rented from a computer with cheaper pricing and it was a nightmare. Charlie is the absolute best car rental place on the island. Five Stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Always!!

Everything is always good with this company, from staff to prices the only problem I had was that the car had some spots on the seats, and it smell awful. It was early in the morning, and I just came from a red eye flight, and I was going to use for a couple of days, so I didn't bother to change it. The guy that works nights at the counter is the best, been renting from this company for years and he's always nice and polite.
I just gave a complaint, I paid $25 dollars to AutoExpreso and they charge me $13 for the tolls.

We were initially given a vehicle that smelled like smoke. We went in immediately and reported it and they promptly changed us to a new vehicle that was even newer. I’m not sure why they did not give us the better vehicle initially since it was there, but we were happy it was taken care of quickly.
