Absolute BEST experience ever!!!! This is the only place everyone should be renting from. Informed all my friends and family NOT to rent from the airport and to rent from Charlie’s.
I felt that the toll prepay option was poorly explained. So I can only assume that is a way for the Rental Car Company to extract more money.
Good costumer service and very friendly staff
Car was good but the registration took to long ,my question is if you reserve the car and put all the information in the application why you have to go and to the same thing went you go to your destination . The other thing is that all the information they need should be in the computer don’t wait until you are there and ask for different papers.
Agency was great, car was in great conditions and amazing with gas! Would definitely be renting from here again!

Most of the other renters in the office were not aware of your unique auto insurance process when using their own insurance policy. This creates an unnecessary long delay for others who are ready to rent. For this reason I will not rent with Charlie again. The wait was just too long for renters to call their parents and call their insurance companies, etc.. There should be a separate line just for people that need to make calls to their family and/or to their insurance company.

Great value for being a local company. Friendly staff that is welcoming and answers all questions. Only negative is how strict they are with showing proof of insurance coverage
everything was fine, the only inconvenient was that when I went to pick up the car at 12:30 pm la office was closed. so I had to wait around 40 minutes
