Long walk from JetBlue terminal to pick up area.
I was returning the vehicle with my dad and one of the staff noticed that I took out a wheel chair from car. He asked if it would be easier to just dropped us off at the airport, which I gratefully accepted. Now that’s excellence in customer service.
The vehicle I requested wasn't available so I was offered a bigger vehicle at the same price or a smaller one at a lesser rate. This worked out fine because I actually wanted the smaller one but it wasn't available on the website. The wait to return the car was a little long but when I got to the counter the gentleman that helped me was very friendly. Overall the experience was good and I would rent from Charlie's again.

Front left tire had a bubble I had to spend a couple of my vacation hours at auto shop to replace the tire.
You should simplify your return process. Waiting almost 30 minutes to return a car and almost missing a shuttle to the airport was not ideal.
Everything went smoothly and had a great experience with this company.
