Super fast to rent and good cars
The car was averagely clean, the quote given online was much lower than actual rate, very big difference. The attendant at the window was nice but drivers to and from airport both did not say a word. It was awkward and not friendly.
I called upon our arrival at the airport for pickup. I was told they would arrive in 15 to 20 min. 40 min later there was not a shuttle. I attempted to call for the next 20min but no one would answer. I had to go with another company after waiting over an hour unable to speak with anyone. We have been renting from Charlie for 10 years and i have never had an experience like this.

It took less then 10 mins when I arrived to pickup my rental. Exactly what I was expecting. Vehicle was nice and clean and paid exactly what I was quoted. Return process was very quick too . I wouldn’t hesitate again to rent a car from Charlie’s
