Better pick up at the airport

The prices has spiked lately !
Staff extremely slow. Picking up and dropping off the car was a very long wait. The vehicle had damage to the bumper when I picked up but they never informed me.
Car was dirty inside, missing behind driver floor mat and tire pressure light came on the second day, tires pressure was too high, tires required 30 psi and it was over 60 on each tire.
Very professional, courteous, prompt. Had a flat tire and they kept in touch until they had to bring a different car as no tow trucks were available, it was an hour away for them, top notch customer service!
I was not upset by the water/salt stains on the upholstery but the interior of the windshield was very dirty. I found it uncomfortable to try to drive after dark because it was very difficult to see clearly, especially with oncoming traffic.
I would say the service is great and the location of the agency is perfect for travelers. However, I would recommend a few improvements; the location has NOT changed since the mid 1990's (how long I've been using the service).
The rental process was easy starting with the online reservation system and application forms to the actual in person check in process. The attendants helped me reduce cots on insurance and blend my insurance with the one offered by Charlie's Rental Company, this was extremely helpful and sign of excellent service. After that everything went well even down to the return of the car which went fairly smoothly. Overall I am very satisfied with the rental service - process and product.
