The vehicle that was first given to me was not the best vehicle for me to drive. I didn't feel secure driving it. I called the company and they drove another car to my house which was perfect. This company has great service and I will definitely be using them again.

Very poor service Aguadilla Puerto Rico they didn’t allow us inside the trailer office it was muggy and hot outside trying to communicate with the individual through a window for service
Car smelled bad it was dirty inside.
they were great to work with, accommodating after another reservation fell through, and I will use them again when I return to PR.

Quick and easy . Very friendly
My month long rental was canceled after my flight came in late after I emailed and told them of the delay. I then was stranded. Will never recommend Charlie’s.
