Best car rental in Puerto Rico! Excellent staff!
Convenient
Pick up was slow so they really need to have more people working at the Condado location. Other than that, a smooth experience. We have rented from Charlie Car in the past and will likely rent from them again during future trips to Puerto Rico.

While in PR, I/family/friends, been dedicated to Charlie To contribute to local PR economy. In US, we r faithful enterprise members,but did not get discount. Charlie has comp airport pickup n 24-7 service. For the first time in my life, I get to Charlie’s isla verde location, found that they gave my rental away due to Labor Day weekend w no cars. Distraught vacation n now working w other PR rentals to price match when Charlie’s dishonors rentals. Gonna try 2stay faithful 2U 4my Dad.
