Very impolite and felt disrespected by the attitude of your employees. Also City car rental did not honor the WRITTEN rental policy of unlimited miles for non local residents and when asked I got a response from your employee "It is what we say and doesn't matter what is written" ! And on car return after checking the car, your employee says ""you are good to go" without even looking at my face and later on charges extra miles! Last time I rent from you. Wish you the best!

I rent a car for long weekend. The car is clean and in good condition. The only downside is the location of the agency is not very convenient
