My overall experience was superb, absolutely no complaints. I was picked up from the airport within 10 minutes of my call, which never happened to me. The rate was one of the best deals I have ever got for a SUV. The staff is super nice, everyone was really helpful and friendly, from the guy that picked us up from the airport, to the one that did all the paperwork. No one tried to pushed additional insurance, services, or anything else. Great experience,I already have 2 future bookings with them
