Flight was delayed, called to let them know and they said it was no problem. Upon arrival we were instructed to call to be picked up. When we called, there was no answer for 20 minutes. When someone answered they said they had closed early (it was appx 8pm when we got through to someone on the phone and they were supposed to close at 9pm) and wouldn’t be able to send anyone to pick us up until midnight? They also said we’d be getting charged an extra $100 for late pickup.
Arranged for PU after the 3rd number tried finally worked. checkout process was slow, but they picked us up directly from MIA in our rental car, and it was quick for them to drop us off individually at our airline when leaving. The car was very inexpensive, had 40,000 miles on it; they charge you 10$ a day to use your own insurance unless you have one of the 8 specified agencies. Took video of the car before and after for you to sign. Were very careful and "legal" when doing the contract.
When reserving, it asks for the flight number and arrival time, however it purposely schedule a pick up time after arrival time so people cannot make it. Afterwards they would raise the price of the rental to make more money. Hate people lie to me, so I hate club car rental
Our plane was late and when we called for our car they had CANCLED our reservation ! We had to find another car at the airport. I would never recommend this company to anyone!
wanted to charge 40$ USD per day for insurance (they did not accept my canadian and visa insurance) and 12$ USD for the sun pass. Got them to drive me back to the car rental center at the airport the get a car from another company
