I liked the quick turnaround when we dropped off the car. Took 2 minutes.
They charged you 2 or 3 times higher than you book on the site. They ask you to pay for the insurance (12$ a day), toll (12$ a day), and so on. So I rented Corolla for almost 100$ for two days (!!). And also they havent returned the deposit of 100$ yet. This this awful business, and hope nobody will use it

The main reason I would not recommend this company is the experience I had in regard to the usual waiving of insurance. This is the first time in my 40 years of flying and car rental that I have been asked for proof of insurance in order to waive the rental company''s insurance. I don't carry my proof of insurance with me except when I am driving my own car. It was a holiday and I was not at all sure I would be able to contact my own insurance company for proof and the rental company's insuran
I feel I was totally mislead, at counter there were extra requirements and fees, also I feel I was forced into getting the EZ-pass with no alternative, also having to show copy of Insurance proof, and still being charged to use own insurance, by the time I finished I could have rented from other agencies with a better rate and service.
The undisclosed add-on fees ($10/day to DECLINE insurance) and the exorbitant roll overcharge, combined with the shady, back-alley location should shut this place down.
