I would suggest the agency to request or inform about insurance information required from client in advance to make the process faster and smooth as I was requested a lot information which would have discussed with an email prior the pick however, the staff were helpful and good.

Great customer service and I highly recommend this agency.
I cancelled my rental car because this company closes at 5pm and that is VERY inconvenient for someone traveling. What car agency that is located at an airport closes at 5pm. I ask several times for them to work with me is crediting me a portion of the car i never picked up and they were very rude and unwilling to work with me. READ their VERY SMALL fine print - Would never recommend this company
