They tried claiming some damages that were there upon pickup. My pictures I had taken show that the damages were there prior to leaving their parking lot on the pickup date. That proof left them no choice but to return my deposit. Please take pictures of your rental on pick up date. Protect yourself!!!!!

These guys were professional courteous and honest. They picked us up on time and dropped us off on time to our departing flight. The car was nice and clean when we picked up. Next time we come to Vancouver we know who to rent from. Thanks for your great services.

We were unable to access the drop box for keys upon return and received calls and an email later that day looking for the key. We'd left it in the car, and upon telling them this they said they had no back up key. A little stress, but all was corrected. We liked that they provided recent pictures of the car with our receipt at car pick up. The man we worked with was courteous and helpful.
