Agent was great and pre-rental communication was very personable. Car and rate were a great value for quality. Way better than renting from the airport which was highway robbery when we opted for Continental instead.
I have an amazing time and a very smooth transition from picking up and dropping off my rental. Ms.Sherita from Honda Continental Rental in Anchorage, Alaska was very kind and super helpful. She went over and beyond to satisfy my needs as far taking care of us. The location of picking up a rental wasn't your typical rental place, but it is on the side of the dealership which can be a bit confusing but Ms. Sherita cleared everything once calling in for specific directions. I highly recommend them
