Had contact with three dealership staff and all made rental process an easy and good experience. The Murano was comfortable and perfect for us. Although rental prices are higher then lower 48 states would use this site again when in AK.

There was no transportation available from airport to rental agency. The staff said this was because of Covid. That excuse is getting old. I was told to hire a taxi or use Uber. Taxi and Uber have no such restrictions. If those services are available, I see no reason for rental agency to claim Covid as a reason for not providing transportation. Furthermore, the price for taxi/Uber transportation was more than my rental fee. Therefore, I canceled my reservation.
I will only shop from continental in the future.
i signed up for airpot pickup, but despite your website saying you offer it, you don't offer this.
Now that I know this is an option I will use this service again. Excellent car and service!
The shuttle driver was so friendly and gave some amazing recommendations for places to check out in town for food/ice cream/hikes :). Overall, everyone was incredibly helpful and polite -- one of the best rental experiences I've had!
Grace or Gracie (I can't remember her name) was exceptionally friendly and professional. After I returned the car, she found a comfortable office for me to work on my computer for 2.5 hours. Then she had a shuttle driver drive me to the airport. I will recommend them to my friends and family. Had I rented from Avis, Dollar or Enterprise at the airport or downtown Anchorage, I would have paid $135 more.
