All was good but the vehicle had connectivity issues for cell phone pairing. Also, the shuttle to drop us at the airport never arrived.
Gracie was wonderful! She extended my rental for a few hours because of the devastating fires up in Willow. I was trapped with the road closure for several hours.
The agency should regularly service their cars
I am actually looking to buy a new car in 2020, and have been looking at both the CRv and the RAV4. This CRV was a great test drive.

Limited supply of rental cars impacted when I was able to pick up the car. My car was not ready by 11:00am though the staff was able to find a solution in about 20minutes.
Very courteous staff. Would prefer a Pilot next time for quieter ride.
