My reservation has been cancelled because they couldn't reach me on my phone (I was overseas) and didn't bother contacting me by email....
Also don't advertise BNE airport when it's a 35 $ Uber ride away.

Perfect from start to finish - leaves major rental companies for dead. Will highly recommend to friends and family. Great company with personalized service.
My booking was for the Brisbane airport and was supposed to include transfers between the airport and the crazy Clarks depot, but instead I had to use a taxi each way which cost me an additional $60. The vehicle fuel tank was not full when I collected it. The vehicle also had a very bad vibration and rattle which must have been noticed before it was given to me. I ordered a large sedan but instead was given a Nissan Pulsar.

Peter personally fetched us from the airport. Extremely courteous and super efficient. Desk staff were great at the premises. Paperwork was all ready. Inspection of vehicle and help setting up the GPS was a breeze. The team were fabulous when we requested to drop the car off earlier than was planned, due to unforeseen circumstances. Again, Peter was on hand early that morning to safely deliver us to the airport departures. Peter is a LEGEND! Highly recommended! Will certainly use them again.
