Easy process, great service.
When we arrived, the vehicle we rented was unavailable and there was not a clear plan to get a satisfactory vehicle that could fit our family and luggage. The counter staff tried hard, and were both courteous and knowledgeable, but the situation was stressful and took 90 minutes to fix. Ultimately, Drivo did fix the issue, gave us a discount for the trouble, and the vehicle worked great. I would rent again, based on the staff caring, even with the hiccup.
Car was damaged when we received it. I better not get charged extra, I have proof.

Transparent pricing when booking is important.
The only reason why I wouldn't recommend Drivo to my friends is because the price of the insurance was abruptly high—renting a car for less than $300 for a ride while the insurance was more than $400. It didn't make sense and seemed to trap the customers intentionally.
Geolocation was not made clear prior to reserving. Would have gone with different rental agency if known. Also, Big Brother watching speed limit and warning for potential speeding penalties from a rental car agency is ridiculous.
The personnel at pick up were terrible. Original quote wasn’t honored. We had to threaten to walk away before they adjusted it. The first vehicle they tried to give us had mold in it. The customer service was terrible. We will never use this company ever again.
