The only reason why I wouldn't recommend Drivo to my friends is because the price of the insurance was abruptly high—renting a car for less than $300 for a ride while the insurance was more than $400. It didn't make sense and seemed to trap the customers intentionally.
Geolocation was not made clear prior to reserving. Would have gone with different rental agency if known. Also, Big Brother watching speed limit and warning for potential speeding penalties from a rental car agency is ridiculous.
The personnel at pick up were terrible. Original quote wasn’t honored. We had to threaten to walk away before they adjusted it. The first vehicle they tried to give us had mold in it. The customer service was terrible. We will never use this company ever again.
It was better then expected
First strike they judged me by the color of my skin. Asking have I rented there before, or from any other Drivo. My appointment was for 12pm they made me come back at 3pm, saying they didn't have a car available. Yet cars was steady going out to other customers. Last but not least, they gave me a car that required Maintenance. Leaving me no other choice but to exchange the car at another location
