Excellent experience and customer service! Best value I could find in London, the car was great, and the rental agency provided easy, clear comms about the reservation.
It would have been useful to have been sent further information regarding the type of car I was hiring and the check in process on arrival. Instructions were sent on how to get there but nothing else. Otherwise, very good.

The customer service team went above and beyond to help me with the rules, procedures and steps to get the rental. It is n online system, very convenient and easy to use. It is also contactless, which makes the rent handy and independent, and that is an amazing experience. Would love to rent again with this company
