I was scammed by this company and charged £1.6k for a scratch when the paperwork I signed showed a charge of £130 for scratches - very dishonest people who you shouldn’t do business with. Have raised this case with the police.
We booked to hire an Opel Astra, this was not available upon arrival & we would have to wait an hour or two for it despite confirming our arrival time. We were offered a Porsche or Mercedes that were a bit beaten up. The Porsche came with warnings about the oil temperature not going above 94 degrees, it was already at 94 before being driven. When we asked why the car we booked was not available we were told too many people want eco cars. We were issued a refund and taken back to the airport
I rented a cat of car which should atleast be 2024.Bulgaria cars are not that recent they from 2014 to 2016.
This information could have been used in the booking. I would like to thank the young man that took over my contract up apon my arrival and did everything he could to find a solution regarding the small car given to me that wasn’t what I ordered.
Unfortunately with all this issue I forgot to get his name.

The guys were amazing, very helpful and know their cars well. It was quick and easy with no issues. I will defiantly be using this service whenever I travel.
I rented a car and tried to cancel it the day before due to illness. No matter what I did, it wouldn't cancel and they wouldn't give me my money.
The good points - the vehicle was really nice. Brand new, clean and I liked the fact that you could access at anytime with a link. The bad points - location of vehicle was given very last minute. I was heading to the office and only then saw the email woth a completely different location on it. Secondly, the car had a crack on the windscreen, and the company was aware of this from the previous renter but they did not inform me about this. They could have let me know and given me some options.
Rental was cancelled over email 10 minutes before start time. No one called and I was 200 metres from pick-up. No one has called back since and emergency number was not answered. No response to emails since and I was forced to spend hundreds on a new last minute booking when this was not honoured. I wonder if the business is a scam or generally unreliable and/or used in money laundering
Excellent experience and customer service! Best value I could find in London, the car was great, and the rental agency provided easy, clear comms about the reservation.
It would have been useful to have been sent further information regarding the type of car I was hiring and the check in process on arrival. Instructions were sent on how to get there but nothing else. Otherwise, very good.
Really communicative staff at EZ. Car was in excellent condition and pleasure to drive.
