Tried to charge me more when I arrived, claiming that I had to have a credit card instead of my debit card. I was told it would be an additional $9.99/per rental day that was non refundable, plus a refundable $250 deposit, which was in addition to the $57 balance I actually owed for renting the vehicle. On the receipt it only showed the $57, and it also stated that the $57 included all taxes and fees, made no mention of a deposit at all. Needless to say I canceled the reservation and used lyftðŸ

Initial quote was $333.94 and they added additional $150 as one way drop off charges despite the initial quote clearly showing pickup in Orlando and drop off in Miami with a total of $333.94.
I was charged over a 100 dollars more than what I was told I would have to pay. The employee helping us was rude and not helpful. We had questions where we had to called after leaving the rental office with our rental. Our phone calls were never returned. We called and even left voicemails, and nothing. The rental we got was not clean and the carpet was ripped up. The office was dirty. This place is a joke. We will never rent from them again! Rent at your own risk!
