This was the worst rental experience I have ever had in over 35years renting vehicles. The two hour wait for our 17 person group which included 5 children (aged 11-2 yrs) for a stuttle from the airport following several phone cars. Then to be told 1 of the 4 cars had been cancelled despite flight reference in booking. Then left stranded with several other disappointed customers again with children sleeping outside the office after long haul flights was a totally unacceptable in 2026 USA.

Hi, My experience was pathetic, starting at shuttle, it was an hour wait when advertised every 15 min at MCO. Term and condition not stating anything about over $500,000 in property damage coverage, your team forced me to purchase this coverage which made my rental expense 4 times then what it was. Not enough, your car has over 56K miles and NOT serviced, all along service light blinking scared ne and my family all rental days. What a waste car, it makes all kind of noises and u have only car.

The worst car rental experience we have ever had. Ended up costing 3 times what was quoted. So many extra hidden costs. Car was not what was promised and was told it was an upgrade. The car was dented and not cleaned. Not what you want to deal with at 10:30 at night. Quite the scam in Florida. I will use a well known car rental company in the future.

They don’t take insurance from Farmers ins for rental we had to pay extra $120 which is ridiculous and they will not reimburse my deposit of $500 after car is return I have video of it. Their next door business had to take me to airport they had no shuttle very sketchy place I want my deposit ASAP

Tried to charge me more when I arrived, claiming that I had to have a credit card instead of my debit card. I was told it would be an additional $9.99/per rental day that was non refundable, plus a refundable $250 deposit, which was in addition to the $57 balance I actually owed for renting the vehicle. On the receipt it only showed the $57, and it also stated that the $57 included all taxes and fees, made no mention of a deposit at all. Needless to say I canceled the reservation and used lyftðŸ
