My booking stated luxury Lexus SUV, but I got a Grand Caravan. I had to call for shuttle several times as no one answered phone wasting time. The wait to get my car was unreasonably long as staff were slow. When I asked why I didn't get the Luxury SUV they kept making excuses. I had also asked for a discount as I paid extra for the Lexus luxury category and more excuses. They told they don't own any Lexus rentals.
I would like to talk to someone from CRX about all this.
