I paid way more than what I was quoted for so I was a little upset about that ... otherwise I was happy with services
Everyone I spoke to was courteous and helpful ,Ms Beverly at the Pennsylvania Avenue Office is wonderful such a GEM.My overall experience was great this is my second time renting from Empire and will always rent from Empire .

The vehicle was dirty and the front class was a little broke, my reservation was it honored because I receive a different tipe of vehicle in Poot condition, I don’t going to rent again with you gays
