What a rip off, this company rents poorly maintained vehicles for top dollar. I was highly dissatisfied with my experience and will be escalating my complaint.
I booked it through an agency for a certain date and time and then budget had it in their system for different dates. I think that the systems should be synced in order to operate more efficiently. The car was great!

I rented the vehicle it wasn't clean and when i gave it back they charged me extra 75 dollars they said it wasn't clean and it was the staff were disgusting people i will never rent from them again they're robers period.

I rented a 12 passenger van for business purposes but did not end up using it for its intended purpose because it was in such bad shape. I arranged a professional car service for my needs and do not recommend this company because of the poor quality of vehicle.
