My reservation did not mean anything. I reserved for Thursday and was told that maybe Saturday they'll have my vehicle when I showed up.
Our Mid top 15 passenger was great. Clean and had no issues while driving. Staff explained to me the difference between vans which will help with my future reservations.
The person who attended me was knowledgeable. The vehicle was just drive handling is good. The side view mirror is poorly situated. Too low that when a passenger ( big passenger) occupies the front seat you could hardly see the bottom mirror.
I enjoyed the vehicle. It worked well for our event.

Excellent Staff, professional, patience and helpful. The Sprinter was in excellent condition and clean inside-out. I rented at the Long Island City location. Directions and pictures were sent to me by text, they were clear, easy and precise. This is from now on the company I will rent all my vehicles. it is a reliable and excellent company.

Excellent experience renting a van for a Manhattan move. My first contact with Gloria was helpful and clear, I checked in the next day to confirm the details with Beverly, who was great, and then finally worked with George on the day of the pick up to get the van. George was fast and responsive and texted me photos of the van and its location on the lot. Returning the van was speedy and efficient. The entire experience was really great.
I wish there was a way to be able to switch the reservation at pickup
All went well, will absolutely rent from them again in the future.
