Worst car rental company ever! Fraud. I also did not receive my refundable deposit from these people. Empire people were not even holding our phone. We had to drop the car which was giving trouble to the garage then they never sent me a replacement car for 6 days. Empire's statement was we are a New York based company and we can not help you outside NY though before renting they said we have great connections with several agencies and can help you anywhere in USA. NO to EMPIRE. not even 1star
I was very happy with my rental experience. It was a relief to find such great customer service at the height of the Christmas season and my last minute booking. I will definitely return to Empire for any future rental needs.
I made a reservation online and received confirmation email. However I didn't read it carefully therefore I didn't know I had to call the agency. I wish there can be bigger and/or more reminders to make sure customers can't miss this.
Loved everything about empire car rental will always use them. Hope they keep up the great work.
We had to wait for over an hour to get the car we rented which delayed our appointments on that day
When we called to speak to a representative he even hang up the phone on us when we denied to take a different car instead or wait until the end of the day

Kevin was awesome. I was nervous renting from a new company but he and his team were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. When the original vehicle I rented wasn't returned, he gave me a better option and threw in a hand truck as well. His team inspected the vehicle from head to toe so I knew they really had attention to detail. My only disappointment is that they weren't there when I returned it so I could thank them in person.
Reservation for 8:30. Did this two weeks before date. No cars available but waited 2hrs for a van. Returned vehicle and do u think they would take money off or something...NOT
