The car was filthy inside!
Van had a pretty musty odor, seats and carpet were stained. Only 1 agent was available at the front desk. I would have liked to see a higher milage allowance, does not make much sense that if I rent for 1 day or 3, I only get a total of 150 miles.

Service was famtastic, very helpful as friendly, but the car smelled.
The only feedback would be to send a reservation confirmation by email asap. I had to call the next day and find out if the reservation was confirmed. Also, I dropped off after hours with the key drop and did not receive a confirmation the next day that everything was all set. Just for piece of mind it would be good to get a confirmation by email for my records.
Miriam, the manager, is particularly courteous, efficient, and professional. The gentleman who gets the car ready is very pleasant and efficient. They are a great credit to the company.
All of the employees we dealt with were kind and helpful. Overall a wonderful experience and we will certainly be renting again when we need to.
