Great price, and the knowledgeable staff.
I received a 15 passenger Ford instead of the requested Transit, which unfortunately had a fair amount of staining on the interior and a squashed Skittle in the carpet. Beverly was lovely to deal with, but forgot to give me back my driver's license, which I didn't realize until I was already across state lines. I went back the next morning to retrieve it at 8am, and didn't have anyone there for another 15 mins. Regardless, the van rental was reliable and I plan on giving you return business.

Everything was great, the only thing was I thought I would have got the van on a full tank of gas. However it was close to an empty tank, other then that I will be back everything was perfect.

Upon arrival to pick up my car, I was told there were no cars available and that my "reservation" was not really a reservation if I didn't call to confirm. Unlike with every other rental car company out there, the reservation is not really the reservation. I guess you do this to make sure that all cars are rented and on the roads. I totally understand that. What I don't totally understand is why you don't put in giant bold letters. ***"THIS IS NOT A RESERVATION! YOU MUST CALL TO CONFIRM!!****
